Description;;
Kate is the spitting image of Kaya Scoelario with long wavy dark brown hair that falls just past her shoulders and just touching her breasts. Her skin is of a smooth ivory complexion and her heart shaped face is lightly sprinkled with pale freckles. Kate’s eyes are a deep, cool cobalt colour and are sometimes outlined with kohl black eyeliner. She never wears a great deal of makeup, only sticking to some eyeliner, mascara, light blusher and occasionally lipstick.
She is slim but doesn’t lack in curves completely. Kate usually wears clothes that make her feel good, confident and sexy wearing so it’s usually a dresses with tights (sometimes without), shorts, skinny jeans with a skin-tight or low cut top or leggings and a long top. It really just depends on what she feels like wearing on the day. Sometimes you might catch her wearing a tank top and sweat-suit bottoms if she’s feeling lazy, lounging aroun at home, going out for a run or just quickly going to the shops.
Other unique features to her are the very faint scars across her wrists and up her arms from where she used to self-harm, she has a tattoo of a rose vine on her ankle.

Personality;;
When you first meet her you’ll meet a seemingly cool-headed, calm and quiet girl and in a way this reflects what Kate used to be like when she was younger. It’s only when you really start to talk to her do you get to see the real Kate; a sharp-tongued, witty, funny girl who is a shameless flirt. Kate is a natural flirt sometimes doesn’t even realize herself when she’s flirting.
She is a headstrong, feisty, sassy and independent young woman who knows how to be ‘one of the guys’ but still retain her more girly and feminine behaviour. She loves to party as much as any teenager does but sometimes when she does party and drink she goes a little overboard.
Kate usually appears happy, laughing, smiling, bickering and bantering with people and she comes off as very social but beneath the surface there’s so much more going on than even she realizes.
Some may say the right word to describe her is damaged. She had a lonely and empty childhood that had led her to developing feelings of worthlessness, an overwhelming feeling of sadness and general depression that had led her to almost taking her life a few times when she was younger.
Over the years with counselling and as she gained more people in her life that she cared about her depression calmed and she rarely had peeks of severity as she used to but sometimes it will surface and it may be completely out of the blue and random. She could just end up literally crying over spilt milk.
However, her happiness isn’t always an act. Ninety per-cent of the time Kate will be genuinely happy and spirited. She loves to have fun, a good adrenaline rush and nothing more than to laugh. She’s great company to be around and a loyal, reliable, trustworthy and honest friend.

History;;
Kate never talks about her past or her family because it often brings negative emotions that she likes to put out of her mind but she’s had quite a rough past. She was born in England as a mistake to irresponsible parents that weren’t exactly wealthy. Her parents never married or remained as a couple when she was born. Her dad was the kind of guy that slept around and never treated the women in his life with respect and her mother was a heroin addict who would sell her own body in order to get money for her next fix.
Kate was actually quite neglected as a child and grew up with not many friends. She was that little girl you saw always by herself.
When her mother died from a bad batch of heroin and with her dad not caring about his daughter, Kate was put into care at the age of six and adopted a year later by a young, caring couple that she found hard to connect with even though they were possibly the best adoptive parents a child could ask for.
When she was eleven, her adoptive father got a highly paid job in America, New York City and so she moved. She didn’t miss anything because she had nothing good that she left behind.
School in America was better, in fact Kate even made a few friends and it was just generally easier for her, she began to come more out of her shell and it was when she began to form the personality she has today.
When she was thirteen she met Adam Lee Maddox and he was the first person she ever really clicked with and she genuinely liked him a lot. They went out with each other for two months which at the age of thirteen was actually considered a long time. The two of them broke up on mutual terms because they realized they didn’t have feelings towards each other like boyfriend and girlfriend but instead they developed a closer bond. A friendship that was more than a familial bond but less than that of lovers, it was a special friendship.
Through being friends with him Kate began to blossom into someone she felt was more her. She felt more free and happier as she started going out and socialising more, going to parties and just having fun and living life to the fullest like teenagers should do. She also found herself rebelling against her over-protective adoptive parents because she always felt like they were smothering her.
Despite all of this, Kate still had her depressed lows of which during she often just locked herself in her room by herself to cry but sometimes she had friends that were there for her. She had her best friend, Adam…but she hated crying in front of anyone.
At the age of fifteen Adam introduced her to a guy that would change her life forever (although, she didn’t know it at the time). Maxwell Aaron Carlson. At first, like many guys that seemed to take an interest in her, she was resistant to his cheeky charm but he never failed to put a smile on her face and eventually she gave in. They went out on a couple of dates and it felt like from the day she first met Maxxie her life was that much happier and when he was around the past no longer mattered.
She rarely had low days but when she had them Max was there to wipe away her tears and make her tears and sadness turn to laughter and happiness.
Katrina Avery Castille fell for Maxwell Aaron Carlson, and she fell hard and this did scare her because she felt like if he were to ever break up she’d never be able to get back up again.
When the incident with Adam and Dahlia (of whom she actually became very good friends with) happened and Adam moved away, like Max, Robb and Jude she was sad to see him go but she understood why he did and she told him she’d make the guys go and visit him.
As a few months past Kate was beginning to see Max behaving strangely. He was still there but he seemed more distant and then one day…he just disappeared. Kate began to worry, of course she worried, someone she cared about just vanished completely out of the blue and not even Robb or Jude knew where he was or what had happened to him.
For some reason after a couple of weeks of worrying and not knowing what else to do something told her to go see Adam.
Town Request;; Alderres because it’s where Max is :]
Role-Play Sample;;
I was still pissed off over what happened in the arena. Actually, I probably wouldn’t be as pissed off if it wasn’t for the fact that now I was officially known as ‘that bloodsucker’ that almost killed a sorceress in the fucking games and Blake loved to remind me of that very little fact. What was even more annoying was the fact that because of what happened I was at the top of the Redferne family’s hitlist which was absolutely brilliant. Who didn’t want to be in deep shit with one of the most powerful sorcerer families?
Okay, so maybe it was kind of my fault but I’d be the first to admit that I’m an asshole that doesn’t think before I act, that I act on impulse and that I’m an arrogant son of a bitch. So sue me. I wasn’t changing for no one. Dangerous situations are what I live for and if I’m challenged, well, that always made me want to face the challenge and that’s what had happened with Aria Redferne. She shouldn’t have ‘dared’ me. Because the moment in that arena I found out the sorceresses no longer had their wands…let’s just say I’m an opportunist and in some ways a coward. She was powerless because of that I took my chance to try and scare the girl, just shake her up a little and show her that I did dare.
If it wasn’t for that stupid blonde bitch the situation wouldn’t have escalated much further but of course because she had to stick her nose in someone else’s business and try to play hero.
That poor excuse for a vampire had better hope and pray she and I never cross paths again.
As I laid on my bed shirtless, looking up at the ceiling, I ran my tongue across my teeth only just noticing at this moment that my fangs had elongated. What I needed was some good, warm blood straight from the vein, yes, that’d lighten my mood.
When a knock sounded on my door and as I sniffed and listened I could tell from just where I was lying that it wasn’t a vampire but instead, a werewolf. The only werewolf I knew that would come knocking on this dorm’s room was Kira who was Blake’s ex that he seemed to be still friends with. Ugh. Since when did people keep in contact and stay friend’s with their former girlfriends? Blake seriously needed to learn when to let go already.
I didn’t even bother with a shirt because I was going to tell her to piss off since Blake wasn’t here but when I answered the door I was surprised to see that it wasn’t Kira but instead another werewolf. What the fuck? I looked at her for a moment taking in her cherry red hair that fell just past her shoulders and her deep brown eyes. I had met this girl before, numerous times, the last time being that day before the games when visitors were allowed and her and this other vampire Mack for some bizarre reason that was beyond my knowledge or care thought they’d visit me. Nice gesture but not really necessary, a bit pointless really because I didn’t care what they had to say.
I couldn’t remember t this red hair girl’s name, it was something beginning with a ‘R’ that was for sure but I never forgot a pretty face. What was her name again? Rachel? Rebecca? Rhianna? Ruth? Rose? No, no, no, no and no. I couldn’t remember Red’s actual name but then I realized that I didn’t give a shit. She was just some girl who didn’t matter. She meant nothing to me so I didn’t need to remember her name.
“What do you want?” I growled not bothering with politeness or pleasantries because I wouldn’t have meant them.
